Facts checked October 15, 2026. Published by Merchant Fund Express (no affiliation with Black Rok LLC).

Black Rok LLC, at blckrok.com (spelled without the "a"), markets small-business loans and says it matches applicants with up to five lenders from a network of more than 300. It has no connection to BlackRock, the global investment manager. Its public site publishes very little about its own products, rates or approval rules, so most of this review covers what to confirm before you sign.

## Not published
- Which lenders are in the network, and which lender would issue your contract.
- Any minimum credit score, revenue or time in business.
- Rates, fees, factor rates or total cost for any product.
- Its company address. The address on blckrok.com (500 Terry Francine Street, San Francisco, CA 94158) is the sample address used in Wix website templates, and its social-media icons link to Wix's own accounts. That does not tell you anything about the business itself. It does mean you should confirm the company's legal address and state registration yourself.
- The basis for the figures on its homepage ("25+ years in business," "110+ million Americans served," "$260+ million in funded advances"). No source is given.

## How applying works
1. Fill out one online form; the site says it takes five minutes or less.
2. According to the site, you are matched with up to five lenders from a network of 300+, who call you to compete for your business.
3. Each lender runs its own review, asks for its own documents and makes its own offer.
4. You choose an offer and sign with that lender.

## Questions to ask before signing
- What is the full legal name and state of registration of the company I am signing with?
- Is Black Rok the funder, or is the contract with another lender? Who services the account?
- What is the total payback in dollars, and what is the payment amount and frequency?
- How many companies will receive my application?
- Is there a fee to Black Rok, or is it paid by the lender?
